Ferguson Not Making a Fuss About Ferdinand England Exclusion

Rio Ferdinand future with England national team has been a major talking points in recent days, but the player’s manager at Manchester United, Sir Alex Ferguson, apparently isn’t making a big fuss about that situation.

Speaking ahead of United’s weekend game against Newcastle, Ferguson admitted that he is actually pleased that Ferdinand is being left out from the national team as considering the defender’s age it might be best to only focus in club football.

Commenting about his team’s upcoming game, Ferguson admitted that it will be difficult to face Newcastle but United are still targeting a win on Saturday.
