AC Milan are still sitting at seventh place before the winter break, but with such small gap with third place seat, Rossoneri are not short of confidence in reaching that final Champions League spot.
That belief was being echoed by Milan’s midfielder, Nigel De Jong, who stated that his mission for this season is leading the Red and Black squad back into Champions League.
Although it won’t be an easy task, De Jong stated that it’s something that they must really work hard on since Milan’s place is to compete in the top European competition.
Furthermore, the Dutch international also stated that with hard work and strong air of confidence that he and his teammates have, returning their pedigree is not an impossible mission.
