Former Chelsea boss, Antonio Conte reportedly won’t be out of the job for long as he is being seriously linked with a potential move to AC Milan.
Several Italian media have been speculating that Rossoneri are seriously considering Conte as their new owner, Elliot Fund, seemingly keen on acquiring an experience and successful name to ensure the club’s success this summer.
Nevertheless, the rumors still far from being reality considering Milan is currently being managed by Gennaro Gattuso and there’s no indication he will be relieved from his role.
Still, with recent ownership changes, there’s been several directorial changes at the club, creating an indication that anything could very well happen at the Rossoneri this summer.
Any changes, especially in the head coach role must be done as soon as possible though, seeing that the transfer market is set to end faster this summer, which means that won’t be much chance for any potential new manager to get the players he liked.
Knowing how intense Conte was in terms of getting the players he requested both at Chelsea and his last couple of season with Juventus, Milan certainly must prepare for such demand from the former midfielder.
As for now, Rossoneri’s new ownership might be focusing more in confirming their new directorial boards, with reports stating Leonardo is set to be introduced as their new Sporting Director.
