Italy’s national team head coach, Antonio Conte isn’t wasting any time in implementing his discipline for his squad for the upcoming Euro 2016.

Conte reportedly is keen on having his players in a top shape physical condition going into that tournament and for that reason he is implementing a strict diet rules.

Italian news paper, La Stampa stated that Azzurri players are not allowed to consume food that have high sugar content such as ice cream, snacks, pasta, pizza, sweets and even carrots.

That rules is being implemented already at Italy’s training ground at Converciano, and similar situation most likely will happen once they arrived at their Euro 2016 camp.

Conte himself has always been known for his strict discipline, notably diet as he want’s  his players to maintain their condition well during competition.
