Chelsea getting an important result on their Champions League campaign as Antonio Conte’s men snatched all three points on their away tie against Atletico Madrid on Wednesday.
The Blues didn’t have a great start on that match as they were trailing by a goal going into half time break as Atletico opened their account through Antoine Griezmann’s spot kick on 40 minutes.
Chelsea bounced back in the second half though as they equalized on 59 minutes with an effort from Alvaro Morata before substitute, Michy Batshuasy completed the turn around deep in stoppage time.
In other big game, French giant, Paris Saint-Germain continue to showcase their magnificent trio’s prowess as they beat Bayern Munich 3-0.
The French capital side immediately got themselves ahead as Dani Alves puts them ahead after just two minutes of play.
Things got even more comfortable for the home team when Edinson Cavani scored his team’s second on 31 minutes, giving PSG two goals advantage as they go into the break.
Bayern tried hard to get back into that tie in the second half, but Neymar’s close range goal on 63 minute basically killed off any comeback attempt from Carlo Ancelotti’s men.
Manchester United also got themselves a commanding victory as Jose Mourinho’s men demolished home team, CSKA Moscow 4-1 with Romelu Lukaku bagging two goals while the other two were netted by Anthony Martial and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
