Russian national team head coach Fabio Capello had an interesting reason regarding why his side failed to win their latest friendly match against Brazil last Monday, claiming that the pitch invasion from a fan late in that match as the cause. Capello stated that the invasion forced his players to lose their focus and concentration, which is something they should’ve avoid when playing a side such as the Selecao.
However, the Italian tactician was pleased with the match as he believes that Russia can learn a lot from that game, as battling against Brazil can always provide lots of lessons.
