Budweiser Present Coaching to Coaches Series With Stuart Pearce

Coaching is an essential part in football development for quite sometime and as one of the attempt in improving the quality of coaches at non-league clubs, recently Budweiser made an interesting project named, Coach the Coaches. This event is also being back by The League Manager Association since it’s being considered as a valuable effort to improve coaching techniques for the non-league tacticians and hopefully that can also helped the growth of players from those clubs.

This project brought some of top tacticians in England, such as Stuart Pearce, Alex McLeish, Gustavo Poyet, Alan Curbishley along with Tony Pulis, who all were involved in helping out at several selected non-league sides. Among those names, Pearce might be the name that caught many eyes especially with this previous work as England under 21 manager and it seems that his tactical knowledge is what being offered at Oldham Boro FC.

The arrival of those professional coaches hopefully can enhance those non-league tactician’s technical training skills which eventually provide confidence boost to those teams in preparing for their new season. Obviously, many positives that can be taken from this program, such as the enthusiasm that the non league coaches and players when receiving instruction from the likes of Pearce, Poyet and others.
