Disappointing news arrived for Real Madrid striker, Karim Benzema as he has been officially omitted from France national team squad for upcoming Euro 2016.
The striker himself revealed that news via twitter, stating his apology to everyone that he won’t be able to play in the Euro after all.
That decision was made by French Football Federation, following recent talks Les Blues head coach, Didier Deschamps along with FFF president, Noel Le Graet.
Benzema was frozen from the national side following his recent alleged involvement in blackmailing case on fellow French national team player, Mathieu Valbuena.
Recently, there was sparks of hope for him in getting into Euro since decision regarding Benzema’s case hasn’t been resolved as just yet.
However, the final decision stated that Benzema won’t be selected as they think finding unity among players will be more important instead for this summer Euro.
