During his two months of leading Chelsea, Rafael Benitez has managed to show many positive things but it might not be enough to ensure his future at the club as the negatives that they suffered might be considered bigger. Chelsea are in danger of missing out on their fourth piece of silverware this season after picking up a 2-0 defeat against Swansea in the Capital One Cup first leg semifinals on Wednesday.
That results apparently isn’t giving Roman Abramovic any confidence in keeping Benitez after his interim period ends this season, as the Russian businessman looked to continue his interest in taking Pep Guardiola as new tactician.
