Being one of the favorites to qualify for Euro 2016 from group B, Belgium apparently isn’t forcing themselves to take home three points from all of their matches as they’re quite content after only grabbing a point against Bosnia.
Speaking to the press after that 1-1 result, Belgium captain, Vincent Kompany revealed that he and his teammates are pleased with their draw result as playing away to Bosnia are never easy.
Although admitting that his side could have scored more goals, but Kompany also stated that Belgium could easily lose in that tight encounter, that’s why taking one point is somewhat acceptable.
Similar sentiment was also echoed by their tactician, Marc Wilmots, stated that they played a good game and were more dominant than their opponent. However, grabbing a point in an away game from their main rival in that group is always a welcome result.
