Aguero Focus On Finishing Contract With Man City
Speculation regarding Sergio Aguero’s future with Manchester City warming up heavily since the later part of last season, but apparently it will be nothing more than just rumors.
This indication was strongly hinted as the player himself vows his willingness in staying put and finished off his remaining contract at Etihad stadium.
In a recent interview which was quoted by ESPNFC, the Argentinian international said that he is happy at Man City and doesn’t have any other plan aside from concluding his current deal.
Sharing a bit of his reasoning on staying put, the former Atletico Madrid star simply said that he had a very good season last term, despite having to spent some time on the bench with the arrival of new striker, Gabriel Jesus.
It was Jesus’ arrival last January that pretty much triggered rumors of Aguero’s potential departure as the Brazilian international was able to put on an excellent start into his first season at Etihad.
Nevertheless, Aguero never stops working hard and eventually able to finish his season strongly, netting 33 goals in all competition for Pep Guardiola’s men.
Man City’s interest on Alexis Sanchez seemingly won’t easily phase out Aguero, especially if he keep scoring goals for them.
