Aguero Breath Life to Man City’s Champions League Campaign

Manchester City’s Champions League campaign was heading into a bleak end when they found themselves trailing 2-1 against 10-men Bayern Munich until the last few minutes, but two late goals from Sergio Aguero turned things around for them.

The Argentinian international was simply Man City’s hero at that night as he also scored his team’s first and got Mehdi Benatia sent off, leaving Bayern playing with a man down since the first 45 minutes.

Aguero’s sharpness in front of goal brought so much delight for City’s boss, Manuel Pellegrini, who praises his Argentinian star, labeling him as one of the best strikers in the world.

That result made Man City’s shot in securing a place into the knock out stage of Champions League much bigger, though they still require a difficult job which is defeating AS Roma at Olympico.
