Yeovil Town opening their shot in moving away from relegation trouble after snatching an important home victory over fellow struggling side, Doncaster Rovers this past weekend. The home team have been having many problems in getting away from that bottom seat of England Championship table, but were more than determined in pushing for all three points on that match. Both sides put on a solid display since the first 45 minutes, canceling each others out forcing that period to end in a goalless draw.
After the break, things finally opened up and it was Yeovil that took advantage over that situation as they got themselves in front through James Hayter's spot kick on 59 minutes. That single strike apparently lasted until the final whistle was blown as neither sides managed to score any more goals afterwards.
