Swansea City FC 5-1 Petrolul Ploiesti highlights: Swansea City looking close to make their way into the group stage of Europa League after they grabbed a convincing first leg victory against Petrolul Ploiesti on Thursday.
Staging the first leg game in front of their home crowd, Swansea immediately took an attacking shape and got themselves ahead after just 14 minutes through Wayne Routledge's effort, which was soon followed with a goal from Michu on 22 minutes. Routledge showcasing his goal scoring prowess again by netting the third goal three minutes later, giving his team a solid lead as they go into half time break.
Swansea still continue their attacking display and eventually adding two more goals, courtesy of Wilfried Bony's effort along with Pozuelo. Meanwhile, Petrolul did managed to snatch an away goal which was netted by Grozav three minutes before the final whistle.
