Just when many thought that Chelsea have got their winning strike going, another disappointing result occurred as Jose Mourinho's men picked up a shocking defeat against Stoke City this weekend. The away side actually made a bright start in that encounter as they got themselves in front after just nine minutes through Andre Schurrle's effort. The home side didn't bow down easily though as they bounced back with an equalizing goal coming from Peter Crouch on 42 minutes.
The host turned things around as they bagged their second with an effort from Steven Ireland on 50 minutes. Chelsea did managed to get back on level terms shortly afterwards with Schurlle grabbing his second in that match three minutes later. However, it was Stoke that came away with all three points as Oussama Assaidi strike right in the 90 minutes mark to give his team a 3-2 win over their opponent.
