Sevilla took charge of their Europa League semifinals' first leg tie against Valencia as the home side picked up a comfortable 2-0 victory.
The two La Liga sides obviously knew each other strengths, as they immediately set off into an attacking shape straight from kick off.
It was Sevilla though that got themselves in front as Stephane M'Bia netting home his team's opening goal on 33 minutes.
The home side got even more comfortable when they manage to double their lead, this time from Carlos Bacca's finish on 36 minutes.
Valencia tried their best to get back into the tie, but none of their efforts were successful as until the final whistle was blown Sevilla hold down their two goals advantage without much trouble.
