Santos FC 1-1 Corinthians highlights: Corinthians claimed the Brasil Campeonato Paulista champion this season after they defeated Santos 3-2 over two leg aggregate as both sides were drawing 1-1 in the second leg of that final battle.
Already leading 2-1 in previous meeting, Corinthians travel to face Santos with strong confidence in maintaining their aggregate lead over their rival. Things didn't look easy though for the visitor as their opponent took the lead first on 26 minutes from Cicero's lovely volley effort.
However, the away side didn't need much time to get themselves back on level terms as Danilo equalized two minutes later to make it 1-1 before half time. Unfortunately, no more goals were scored after the break as Corinthians hold on to the result and grabbed the trophy.
