Real Zaragoza Vs Barcelona Highlights:Goals from Cristian Tello and Alcantara helped Barcelona on grabbing 3 more points in their quest of achieving another La Liga title. Currently they are sitting in 1rst place with a big advantage over their closest rivals Atletico Madrid.
Zaragoza on the other hand is struggling just to keep themselves away from the relegation spots. They are going through a negative streak with 15 weeks without having a single victory.
In the 1rst minute Barcelona was already threating the opposition as Tello received a pass from Bartra and tested his luck with a shot that could never find its intended target. Barcelona was mainly playing with substitute players as the 1rst choice players were rested.
Alcantara opened up the scoreboard after 20 minutes had passed when Alexis Sanchez picked out Alcantara at the center of Zaragoza’s penalty box and with a low but powerful shot he scored the 1rst goal of the campaign.
The 2nd goal of Barcelona did not take long to arrive with Alcantara this time around providing the assist for Tello only 11 minutes later following the opening goal.
Zaragoza was making a number of defensive mistakes and they just could not find a way into the own half of Barcelona. It was a struggle just trying to keep the ball under control for a certain amount of time.
Tello extended Barcelona’s lead to 3 goals in the early minutes of the 2nd half. It could’ve been more goals for the team guided by Vilanova but they decided to settle down and just let the minutes tick down until the end
