Real Madrid opening their chance in advancing into the next round of Copa del Rey after snatching a pretty solid first leg win over Osasuna at Santiago Bernebau this past midweek. Los Blancos were keen on keeping their positive start in 2014 going in Copa Del Rey as they put on an attacking effort since kick off, which was rewarded with an opening goal from Karim Benzema after 19 minutes of play.
Madrid didn't stop at 1-0 though as they kept on venturing forward searching for more and midway into the second period they finally able to double their lead, thanks to an effort from the in form Jese Rodriguez, who got his name on the score sheet again. No more goals were scored though after that second one as Los Blancos comfortably seeing off their visitor, though there's still a slight chance for Osasuna to turn things around in the second leg.
