PSV Eindhoven is edging closer to seal the Dutch Eredivisie title this season after they grabbed an important home win over PEC Zwolle this early weekend.
Staging the tie at home, PSV immediately took control of proceeding and they got themselves in front after just 12 minutes through Georginio Wijnaldum's finish.
However, that lead was canceled out on 34 minutes when Zwolle snatched an equalizer from Maikel van der Werff.
After the break, PSV regained their lead on 50 minutes with an effort from Joshua Brenett.
Eventually, the home side picked up all three points after scoring their third from Luuk de Jong's fine effort.
That 3-1 victory means that a defeat for second place Ajax Amsterdam in upcoming weekend tie will give PSV their league title.
