Parma FC 1-2 Calcio Catania highlights: Parma's disappointing form continues as they stumbled into another defeat, this time against fellow mid-table side Catania on Sunday.
The visitor took only five minutes before taking a lead through a sweet left foot free kick from Francesco Lodi. That goal triggered reaction from Parma, but their effort was just not enough to shake down their opponent's defense and just before half-time break it was Catania that extended their advantage after Keke pouncing on a rebound from Gialloblu keeper, Antonio Mirante.
After the half-time break, Parma improved their attacking play and started creating several dangerous goal scoring opportunities before eventually pulling one back in the last five minutes through Amauri's slick close range finish. Unfortunately, it was just a little too late for Roberto Donadoni's men to get back into the match as there wasn't enough time for an equalizer.
