Successfully getting themselves back on winning ways last weekend, Newcastle United will once again targeting nothing other than three points when they face up against mid-table Norwich City side this Tuesday, January 28. Playing away from home won't stop the Magpies from putting on an aggressive display as they are still keen on grabbing that European spot by the end of this current season.
However, it won't be an easy task though for Alan Pardew's men as Norwich themselves are very eager to grab maximum points in front of their home crowd as they still far from save in current standings. Albeit sitting in mid-table position at the moment, but grabbing a negative result this midweek might get them back into that potential relegation battle spot, that's why a win is also a must for the Canaries.
In the end it was a rather disappointing contest in which both sides failing to score any goals until the final whistle was blown, with the most notable act probably the red cards received by players from each sides, Loic Remy for Newcastle and Bradley Johnson of Norwich. A result that doesn't necessarily help any of those teams' ambition in improving their position in current standings.
