Netherlands vs Kazakhstan highlights (3-1)

Netherlands got their first win in the Euro 2016 qualifier as they defeated Kazakhstan 3-1 at Amsterdam Arena on Friday.

Keen on redeeming their disappointing first game loss from Czech Republic, Netherlands immediately took control of proceedings.

However, instead of getting themselves in front, Guus Hiddink's men found themselves trailing on 17 minutes from Renat Abdulin's effort.

The Dutch took quite a while before finally able to get back on level terms as Klaas Jan Huntelaar scored an equalizing goal on 62 minutes.

A red card for Kazakhstan player Baurzhan Dzholchiev gave an advantage for Guus Hiddink's men as they managed to turn things around starting with Ibrahim Affelay's deflected shot on 82 minutes.

Netherlands sealed all three points from that tie when Robin Van Persie scored his team's third from the spot kick.
