Manchester United continuing their winning run in preseason games under Louis Van Gaal's reign as they defeated Italian side, AS Roma this weekend.
Both teams were keen on showing results of their recent training session and it was Man United that looked much brighter during the first 45 minutes as they got in front on 35 minutes through Wayne Rooney's lovely strike.
Three minutes later, Rooney turned into a provider as his excellent assist was finished off by Juan Mata to make it 2-0 for United.
The Premier League side finally ended that first 45 minutes with a comfortable three goals lead when Rooney bagged his second from the penalty spot.
Making several changes after the break, Roma manage to turn things around as they pulled one goal back from Miralem Pjanic's brilliant long range goal on 75 minutes.
The Italian side continue to push forward and got themselves another goal when Francesco Totti converted a spot kick just before the 90th minute.
