Manchester City got themselves back on winning ways as on Monday they grabbed an important home win over West Bromwich Albion.
Playing in front of their loyal fans at Etihad Stadium, City immediately took control of proceedings as they put on an attacking mode since kick off.
The home side already got themselves in front after only three minutes of play thanks to Pablo Zabaleta's fine finish.
That goal made things much more comfortable for City as they kept on dominating that tie and eventually doubling their lead on 10 minutes through Sergio Aguero.
West Brom didn't give up easily though as they pulled one goal back on 16 minutes from Graeme Dorrans' effort.
However, Man City regained their two goals advantage when Martin Demichiles scored his team's third on 36 minutes.
Despite both teams' efforts in the second half, none of them were able to snatch more goals as that matched ended in a 3-1 win for City.
