Manchester City put an end to their recent winless run this past weekend as they grabbed a precious derby victory over Manchester United at Etihad Stadium.
Keen on showcasing their quality after suffering a recent run of bad form, Man City immediately took an attacking shape.
It was not easy though for City to break down their opponent as United put on a solid defensive display, with goal keeper David De Gea also playing well.
Things seem to be heading towards the home side though when United were forced to play with 10 men as Chris Smalling picked up two yellow cards.
After series of attacking attempts, Man City eventually got their break through when Sergio Aguero finished off an assist from Gael Clichy on 63 minutes.
Man United still tried to push forward despite playing with a man down, but City hold their ground and coming away with all three points on that derby.
