Liverpool FC 3-1 Crystal Palace highlights: Liverpool temporarily made their way into the top of English Premier League standings after snatching a comfortable home win against Crystal Palace on Saturday.
Playing in front of their loyal crowd, Liverpool put on an early pressure and earned themselves an opening goal after 13 minutes of play through Luis Suarez's effort. The home side continue their attacking display and eventually netting a second four minutes later from Daniel Sturridge's finish. An excellent penalty from Steven Gerrad on 38 minutes sealed the Reds' domination in that first 45 minutes.
After the break, Palace tried to improve their performance and they did manage it after earning a consolation goal, which was netted by Dwight Gayle on 76 minutes.
