Liverpool got themselves back on winning ways during their friendly preseason in US after successfully defeating Olympiacos this weekend.
Playing with most of their main players for the upcoming new season, The Reds were keen on making a bright start on that tie.
Brendan Rodgers' men did just that as they got themselves in front after only five minutes of play with a goal scored by Raheem Sterling.
Both teams continue to push forward afterwards creating an interesting tie, though the Greek side looked slightly more dominant.
No more goals were scored though until the final whistle as Olympiacos failed to convert their chances allowing Liverpool to come away with a slender victory.
