Robbie Brady puts Ireland ahead after it looked like they’d blown their chance.
Incredible scenes in Lille, as Robbie Brady heads the Republic of Ireland into the lead. The ball was played wide to Wes Hoolahan on the right. He curled a wonderful cross into the Italy penalty area, prompting Sirigu to dash off his line. Brady was first to the ball, however, heading past the goalkeeper to leave Ireland fans in ecstasy.
