Norwich City grabbed a positive result on the first leg of their English Championship playoff semifinal stage after holding home team, Ipswich Town into a 1-1 draw.
Both teams looking determined in grabbing early goals on that tie, creating a tight battle since the first minutes.
It was Norwich that got ahead first when Jonathan Howson broke the dead lock on 41 minutes.
Unfortunately that lead didn't last until half time break as Ipswich were able to draw level in the stroke of half time through Paul Anderson's effort.
Those two teams continue to push forward after the break, but none of them were able to grab more goals.
In the end, both sides were forced to settle for a 1-1 draw and continue their battle this upcoming weekend.
