Inter Milan got themselves back on winning ways as they snatched an important home win over Torino this past weekend at San Siro stadium in Milano. Playing in front of their home crowd, Inter are keen on bagging all three points which could further push them competing for the top four seat in current Serie A standings. Inter's positive approach earned its reward when they got themselves in front on 30 minutes from Rodrigo Palacio's wonderful effort.
Trailing by a goal forced Torino to push forward aggressively in the second period as they were not keen on giving away three points easily for their opponent. Unfortunately, Toro's attacking effort was fruitless on that tie as Inter holding on to their slender lead until the final whistle was blown. An important win indeed for Nerazzurri as they're getting closer to current fourth place seat, Fiorentina, that suffered disappointing defeat this weekend.
