Inter Milan's poor form in the new year still continue this weekend as Nerazzurri failed to pick up maximum points while playing against struggling Catania at San Siro, Milano. The home team were looking really eager to end their winless streak this 2014 and things were looking positive as they were able to dominate proceedings early on, but lack of confidence added with recent chaotic situation seemingly affecting Inter's form at the moment.
Nerazzurri can't seem to break down their opponent as Catania showed a solid display in that encounter, canceling out several goal scoring chances that Walter Mazzarri's men created throughout the 90 minutes. Eventually, no goals were scored in that encounter as that match ended in goalless draw, much to Inter's disappointment as their place are currently under serious threat, especially if they can't get things going in this second part of the season.
