Fulham's revival attempt from the bottom three seat of current English Premier League standings suffered a major blow this weekend as they picked up a heavy away defeat from Hull City. Both teams were really keen in bagging maximum points on that weekend battle, triggering a rather tight encounter during the first 45 minutes which ended in a goalless draw. Things suddenly changed rapidly in the second period though as Hull got really dominant, especially after taking a quick lead through Ahmed El Mohamady who scored on 49 minutes.
Midway into that second period is when misery began to arrive for Fulham as Hull bagged five more goals since the 60th minute, starting with Robert Koren's effort, followed by George Boyd's strike three minutes later, Tom Huddlestone's goal on 67 minutes, Matty Fryatt on 74 minutes along with Koren's second 10 minutes later. That massive win putting the home side comfortably sitting in 10th place of current premier league standings, while their opponent are still struggling to move away from the bottom three seat.
