Napoli redeeming their disappointment from crashing out in the qualification stage of Champions League by grabbing all three points from their opening Serie A fixture away to Genoa.
Both teams were looking really determined to start their season with a victory, but it was Napoli that started brighter as they already took the lead after three minutes of play through Jose Callejon.
Unfortunately, that lead didn't last until half time break as Genoa were able to get back on level terms five minutes before half time break from Mauricio Pinilla's header.
In the second half, that game continue to look tight with those two teams putting on strong attacking display in search for goals.
Eventuallly it was Napoli that bagged all three points from that tie when a very late finish from their summer signing, Jonathan De Guzman snatching the winning goal.
