Already confirming their runners up finish since couple of weeks back, AS Roma seem to lose their battling spirit as Rudi Garcia's men suffered a disappointing defeat over Genoa on Sunday.
Playing on the final day of Italian Serie A away from home, Roma didn't look that impressive as it was Gernoa that took the attacking initiative since kick off.
It was still a pretty tight encounter though as the visitor were not keen on giving things up easily, considering they are current Serie A runners up.
After a goalless first 45 minutes, the break through eventually arrived late in that game when Ioannis Fetfatzidis scored on 83 minutes.
Without much time left in the clock, that single goal was more than enough to help Genoa in grabbing all three points.
