Inter Milan looked to find their positive run once again as after ending their winless streak last weekend, Nerazzurri bagged an important away win over strong side, Fiorentina this weekend. Having most of their important players back certainly helped Inter's ambition in overcoming their opponent on that Saturday, especially since La Viola are still troubled with tons of injury problems. The away side got themselves in front on 34 minutes through Rodrigo Palacio's nice finish, which lasted until the first 45 minutes.
Fiorentina worked hard in getting back in to that tie and they did manage it when Juan Cuadrado scored the equalizing goal on 47 minutes. However, luck seemingly flew into Inter's favor on that tie as they were able to regain their advantage through Mauro Icardi's strike on 65 minutes which this time lasted until the final whistle as La Viola failed to snatched another equalizing goal.
