Bundesliga side, Eintracht Frankfurt picked up a positive result on the first leg of their Europa League second round tie against FC Porto this past midweek. Playing away from home, Frankfurt didn't get a bright start on that game as Porto take control of situation in the first 45 minutes as they finished that half with a one goal lead thanks to an excellent goal from Ricardo Quaresma, who scored on 44 minutes. Things continue to look good for the home side as they double their advantage with an effort from Silvestre Varela on 68 minutes.
However, the Bundesliga outfit managed to get themselves back into that tie again, starting with an effort from Joselu who scored on 72 minutes, making it 2-1. Five minutes later, Alex Sandro finally leveled the score line as he converted from the spot kick, forcing that tie to end in a 2-2 draw, giving an advantage for Frankfurt as they will be hosting the second leg.
