Everton kept their recent positive league run going in the FA Cup as Roberto Martinez's men bagged a comfortable home win over Queens Park Rangers this weekend. Eager to keep their run in the competition going, The Toffees immediately setting themselves on an attacking mode and that positive approach was eventually rewarded when they got in front after 34 minutes thanks to Ross Barkley's effort. The host sealed their first 45 minutes with a second goal with Nikica Jelavic scoring with just a minute left before the half time whistle was blown.
Already taking a two goals lead didn't stop Everton from pushing forward as they kept on playing their attacking football and adding two more goals in that period with Jelavic completing his brace on 68 minutes, before Seamus Coleman sealed things off with his strike on 76 minutes. That comfortable win should give the home side another breathe of confidence as they continue their surge for top four finish by the end of English Premier League season.
