Dundee United FC 2-2 Hibernian FC highlights: Dundee United were keen on targeting all three points on their weekend SPL encounter against Hibernian as Jackie McNamara's men seek to lift themselves up in the standings.
United's plan seems to be working well when they managed to take an early lead through John Rankin, who already scored after just six minutes of play. However, from that moment on it was Hibernian turn to take hold of the match and on 27 minutes they eventually equalizer with an effort from James Mc Pake.
In the second half, Hibs' domination still continue and their effort was rewarded with the second goal netted by Leigh Griffiths on 51 minutes. However, just when all three points seems to be heading the visitor's way, Dundee United's Johnny Russell canceled things out by scoring from the penalty spot with four minutes before the final 90.
