Dundee FC 1-3 Aberdeen FC highlights: Aberdeen keen on bouncing back from their midweek disappointment when they travel to face bottom side Dundee on Saturday.
Despite the visitor's strong ambition in getting all three points, it was Dundee that actually made a flying start in the first half, creating some early goal scoring chances, which they couldn't convert. Both sides didn't managed to score any goals in the first 45 minutes as they go into the break with a 0-0 score line.
After the break, it was the visitor who managed to struck first blow as Nial McGinn scored a close range tap-in just shortly after the re-start. McGinn doubled his tally in the 69th minute with another simple finish inside the penalty area. The home side managed to cause some intense final 10 minutes after they pulled one back through Mark Stewart's effort, but an in form McGinn squashed away any comeback hope after netting his hat-trick in the 89th minute.
