Chelsea vs Swansea City highlights (4-2)

Chelsea continuing their fine form at the start of English Premier League as they grabbed another victory this weekend, by defeating Swansea City at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues were keen on maintaining their 100% record as they host Swansea City, which have also impressed in this early part of season.

Chelsea didn't make a positive start though in that weekend tie as they found themselves trailing when Swansea went ahead on 11 minutes from John Terry's own goal.

The host worked hard in getting back on level terms and they eventually managed it before half time break with an effort from Diego Costa.

After the break, Jose Mourinho's men continue their domination and turned things around as Costa snatched two goals on 56 and 67 minutes.

Substitute, Loic Remy marked his debut for Chelsea with a goal as he made it 4-1 on 81 minutes.

Swansea themselves only managed to pull one goal back through Jonjo Shelvey's strike on 86 minutes.
