Chelsea came into the next period of the match with hopes of finding an equalizer and they did not have to wait long for Fernando Torres to score after 50 minutes, with his mask it seems as if he can score in every game.
Victor Moses added a 2nd goal for Chelsea only 2 minutes as he turned the aggregate scoreboard into 4-2. At this point the visiting team would need to score 2 goals in order to advance any further from this tournament.
David Luiz destroyed the hopes of Basel on getting back into the game as the Brazilian defender scored a stunning long range effort which found the top corner of Summer’s net.
