Barcelona securing their passage into the final of Copa del Rey this season despite only grabbing a draw on the first leg of their semifinals battle against Real Sociedad. Already taking a pretty comfortable two goals lead in the first leg, El Barca still looking determined in search for goals as they put on an attacking shape since kick off and earned their reward on 27 minutes with a goal from Lionel Messi, which lasted until half time break.
Sociedad didn't feel like giving up that game easily, though their chance in advancing might be low but they refused to get beaten at home. that positive attitude was not fruitless as the home side did snatch an equalizing goal, which was netted by Antoine Griezman three minutes from time. That 1-1 result was more than enough though for Barca to book their ticket for an intriguing El Classico battle against their fierce rival, Real Madrid.
