Leicester City still keeping their top seat in England Championship tightly as they grabbed an important away victory over Birmingham City this past midweek. The away side didn't look shy on putting on their attacking display since early minutes as that positive effort was rewarded when Lloyd Dyer puts them in front after 24 minutes of play, which also lasted until half time break.
The second half got much tighter as Birmingham were keen on getting back on level terms, but it was Leicester that managed to double their lead as Jamie Vardy scored on 83 minutes. That scoreline still didn't stop the host though as they did create a late scare when Peter Lovenkrands pulled one goal back right in the 90th minute mark. Fortunately for the visitor, no more goals were scored after that as they hold on to that slender lead until the final whistle was blown.
