Benfica picked up a comfortable home win on their Champions League opening fixture this midweek by overcoming new boys, FC Astana.
It was not an easy task for the Portuguese outfit to overcome their opponent though, especially during the first 45 minutes which saw both teams drawing 0-0.
However, in the second half, Benfica finally found their rhythm as broke the dead lock through Nicolas Gaitan's effort on 51 minutes.
Benfica finally sealed all three points from that match when Kostas Mitroglou scored his sides' second on 62 minutes.
