Bundesliga giant, Bayern Munich continuing their preseason preparation with a friendly tie against China side, Guangzhou Evergrande.
Having been successful in their previous friendly games, Bayern were keen on maintaining that positive results.
However, Pep Guardiola's men were in for a shock as their opponent were putting on an excellent display.
Guangzhou were looking dangerous on the break, creating several dangerous opportunities.
Bayern also crafted some goal scoring chances, but couldn't seem to get their finishing going.
Until the final 90 minutes were up, none of those two sides managed to score any goals, forcing that tie to be concluded via penalty shoot out.
Eventually, it was Guangzhou Evergrande that came out victorious as all of their penalty takers were successful while Bayern missed one shot with Thomas Muller's effort saved.
