Newcastle manager, Alan Pardew has accepted FA's charge made against him, following an incident at the weekend involving the Magpies manager and a linesman. The former West Ham manager, accordingly "pushed" the linesman nearest him during Newcastle's clash with Tottenham.

Newcastle United have stood firm and refused to meet Liverpool's £20m price tag, for former striker Andy Carroll. The English giant has seemed keen on a return to the Direct Arena but Newcastle have told Brendan Rogers, they will not bid £20m for the striker.
