Portugal and Mexico Advanced Into Confederations Cup Semifinals
Two teams that started their Confederations Cup campaign with a 2-2 draw, Portugal and Mexico, successfully advanced into the knock out stages of that competition.

Already taking a comfortable 5-1 lead in the first leg didn't stop the Concacaf side in putting on an aggressive display as they got themselves in front after 14 minutes through Oribe Peralta's effort.
Almost losing any home of reaching Brazil for the upcoming World Cup 2014 campaign, luck seems to be sticking around for Mexico this days as they're now getting close to pick up spot for that major competition.
