Yellow card for cat rescue

Good deeds will get you nowhere, at least not if you are a goalkeeper in the Croatian top flight. Ivan Banovic of Medjimurje Cakovec took a moment to rescue a stray cat that had wandered on to the pitch during a game, safely putting it out of harm’s way near a scoreboard. For his Rolf Harris like actions the referee decided to book him for leaving the field without permission. He’s all heart.
