England captain Steven Gerrard was pleased with his side’s discipline during their 1-0 win over Belgium.

Looking ahead to the first Group D game against France on June 11th, the Liverpool legend praised the Three Lions’ ”workmanlike” performance, as England enjoyed a second straight win under new coach Roy Hodgson.

Danny Welbeck scored the deciding goal in the first half, as Eden Hazard, Jan Vertonghen and co. were kept quiet under the Wembley arch.
